Lenae Makkawy

Lenae moved to Rochester a little over 10 years ago to be closer to her now husband Ahmed (married September 2013). After struggling with infertility for over two years, Lenae's lifelong dream of being a mom came true when Jonas was born in January 2018. Griffin the English Shepherd is also an important member of their family. Despite being pretty new to the mom world, Lenae feels a bit seasoned after spending seven years as a full time nanny. Now a SAHM, when she's not literally chasing around Jonas, you can find her busy with her photography business (Lenae Beth Photography), spending time with friends, or dreaming of travel. Lenae also loves online shopping, connecting with moms on Instagram, and warm summer sunshine.
