Based on the 1960 movie by Roger Corman and Charles Griffith, “Little Shop of Horrors” tells the story of Seymour Krelborn. While working at Mushnik’s Skid Row Florist, Seymour nurtures a never-before- seen flytrap plant (that he names “Audrey II” after his beautiful and kind co-worker of the same name) to enormously good health! Unfortunately, Audrey II doesn’t eat flies — she wants meat! — and while her uniqueness makes Seymour famous and makes all his dreams come true, will the price she wants him to pay be worth it?
**Although the show is a dark comedy, this show is RATED PG due to some instances of strong language/profanity and one scene of domestic violence, and we encourage parents to consider this when deciding whether to bring their younger children to the show. Due to copyright law, we are not allowed to modify or soften any of the words contained in the script.**
Directed by Melisa Ferris with Musical Director Andrew Faller, Orchestral Director Anthony Boldt, and Technical Director Cody Rysavy, the show features the acting talents of Gabe Bungum, Lydia Gillis, Julia Christenson, Rachel Tuma, Olivia Smith, Hannah Olson, Greta Wright, Ethan Barnum, Allie Eggler, Kaiden Beliveau, Chelsea Pierick, Victoria Reese, Molly Bartz, Paige Vogel, Megan Giese, Mia Pappas, Lucy Anderson, Emma Wilson, and Brooklyn Reding, and the stage crew talents of Stage Manager Olivia Schultz, Student Lighting Designer JJ Ogilvie, Puppeteer Mallory White, Alex Buresh, Alex Schar, Anders Herfindahl-Quint, Ethan Weatherly, David Oolman, Gracie Miller, Hannah Nerby, and student costume creations and camera assistance from Ian Kujath — and the help of MANY, MANY adult volunteers!

Caffeine and Connection: My Favorite Places for Working and Sipping in...

For days like these, I had to find places to plug in and work while in Rochester. I have two requirements: dependable Wifi and something to sip to keep me motivated.
