Join us for a half hour yoga session with Hiro, specifically for kids! Introducing yoga to children helps establish healthy habits at an early age. Yoga can enhance a child’s strength, coordination and flexibility, while encouraging body awareness and self-esteem. It can reduce a child’s anxiety and stress and promote a sense of calmness. Spark will provide sanitized yoga mats. Masks will be required and social distancing guidelines will be in place. Program included with museum admission.
