Ho ho ho! ?? Donuts With Santa is back with Rochester MN Moms Blog for the 2nd year in a row on Sunday, December 2nd! Featuring #rochmn’s FAVORITE Santa (yep, THAT magical Santa), this popular family-friendly holiday event is a favorite for Rochester, MN area families. We’re grateful to our title sponsor, Penz Dental Care for making this special memory-making event possible! 

Here’s our Donuts with Santa recap from last year for a peek at all the fun you’re going to have at this year’s event!

Who :: all Rochester area families!

What :: Join Rochester MN Moms Blog as we enjoy all things merry!! There will be all sorts of things to do besides wait in line to see Santa!  Enjoy activities, singing, dancing , donuts and other snacks (and special treats for our friends with allergies), and of course…Santa!

When :: Sunday December 2nd // 12:30 – 2:00 PM OR 2:00 – 3:30 PM OR 4:00 – 5:30 PM

Where :: Rochester Art Center // 40 Civic Center Drive SE, Rochester MN, 55904

Ticket Price :: $15 per person/attendee. Everyone twelve (12) months of age and older needs a ticket to attend unless you have 1) an infant 12 months and younger that is attending with their older siblings. If an infant 12 months and younger is attending on their own with no siblings, then they need a CHILD ticket. There are no exceptions to this policy; it is for your own safety and high quality experience, as well as our own planning purposes. 

All tickets include the following:

• One digital, professional photo per family with Santa with a link to download (to be available in the weeks following the event)
• Access to the event and all the fun!
• Donuts! Plus a fun snack bar including chocolate milk. (Treats will also be available for our friends with allergies!)
• Coffee for the adults from Moka!
• Fun holiday activities and crafts
• A fun sing-a-long
• An extra special visit from Mrs. Claus
• A special coloring table featuring a fun colorable table cloth!
• Chance to have your face-painted
• Giveaways benefiting Ronald McDonald House of Rochester MN (see details below)
• Swag bag for families donating $10 or more to our giveaway benefiting Ronald McDonald House of Rochester MN (see details below!)
• Special gift from Travel Tray for the first 10 families to check-in at each session ($15 value)
• Photo banner with fun props

Please note all of the details below as you prepare to purchase tickets:

❄️ Everyone attending MUST have a ticket purchased or reserved, even if your ticket is “free”. We need to keep a strict count of all people (parents, children and babies) who will be in attendance, since our space is so limited.

❄️ Tickets are $15 per person/attendee

❄️ Children under 12 months are free (a ticket MUST be reserved for them), with the understanding that they are attending the event with older siblings. This free ticket DOES NOT include food, activities, swag bag, or giveaway opportunities. If the child under 12 months has siblings at the event, he/she is welcome to join in on the family photo with santa. 

❄️ If your child under 12 months is the ONLY child you are bringing, and does not have siblings at the event, you MUST purchase a CHILD ticket. 

❄️ Each adult in attendance must have a ticket. These tickets include food, activities and coffee.

❄️ Tickets are transferrable, but are NOT refundable.

❄️ You are able to purchase tickets for friends or family members.

❄️ We have THREE time slots to choose from; 12:30 – 2:00 PM OR 2:00 – 3:30 PM OR 4:00 – 5:30 PM. Please make sure that you select the tickets for the time slot that you would like to attend. We have limited quantities per time slot due to space and time restrictions. If a ticket type is sold out for a particular session, you cannot purchase a ticket for another session to attend a sold-out session.  The tickets you purchase are ONLY for the session they are purchased for. 

❄️ You are able to use your cell phones or cameras to take pictures at the event however, we do ask that you are mindful of the photographer as well as the families waiting behind you.  We encourage you to to take photos off to the side and allow the photographer to get the best capture of your family with Santa!

***Disclaimers:  No tickets will be sold at the door, and you must be registered to attend so that we can plan accordingly. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO RAIN CHECKS. THIS EVENT WILL HAPPEN RAIN, SNOW OR SHINE. Tickets are transferable but not refundable. In the event that you cannot attend the event, we will do our best to assist you in finding another party to exchange/give/or sell your ticket if the need arises and/or if time allows. We are hosting some wonderful giveaways at each session benefitting the Ronald McDonald House of Rochester MN. If you are planning to participate, please bring cash. Tickets are $5/each or 6/$20 — 100% of the proceeds will benefit families staying at Ronald McDonald House over the holidays by stocking their Snowflake Room.  This very special room is full of items for guests and their families to “shop” to be able to gifts to one another at a financially trying time in their family’s life. If you plan to participate – please bring correct change if possible (we will have a limited amount of change on hand). Giveaway winners will be announced 15 minutes before each session attends.  Must be present to win. We have a limited number of swag bags with some amazing items in them! You can receive ONE swag bag when you spend $10+ in our Giveaway for Ronald McDonald House. Please note that quantities are limited at each session. One per family, please.

Please note, no tickets will be available at the door. ALL tickets must be purchased beforehand and we are only selling a limited number and expect them to go fast. Due to the nature and planning of this event, we cannot accommodate cancellations or refunds, but we do allow attendees to sell or transfer their ticket to an interested party. By purchasing a ticket you are permitting Rochester MN Moms Blog to take photos of you at the event for promotional use. All attendees will be added to the Rochester MN Moms Blog subscriber list for event communication purposes. This event will be held despite weather conditions.
