We all have our favorite products.  And if you’re anything like us, you love hearing what others use to make their lives a bit easier!  We’re pleased to introduce our new Series: Rochester MN Moms Blog Favorites.  Today we start with our favorite products for moms!  Our contributors have provided some of their favorite products below.  What are some of your favorite products?

I strongly dislike water that isn’t ice cold. When I was breastfeeding, I made sure to drink plenty of H20. This bottle was essential as it lives up to its claims that it keeps water cold for 24 hours and hot for 12 hours. I once left ice water in my Swell Bottle in my car on a hot summer day for the entire afternoon and when I returned it was STILL COLD. And not just kinda cool, COLD. It’s also great for making a bottle on the go; no need to figure out how to get hot water to mix with formula. –Amy

Because my toddler has a more active social life this summer than I do! It keeps me organized and is flexible to fit my needs! – Mamie

My Starbucks stainless steel double wall travel coffee mug. It’s like 10 years old, as a testament to its longevity. It keeps my coffee at perfect drinking temperature for literally hours, which is amazing on mornings when constant interruptions happen. I mean #everyday. –Kim

I’m hopelessly addicted to my vacuum cleaner. Freedom Simplicity. I used to have a Siamese cat and still currently have a Persian…their shedding is no match for my Simplicity! –Jodie

Love our boogie board. I usually have to fight the kiddos for it to make my lists. It has a magnet to go on the fridge… Sigh. I love it. — Christa

If I could write every note and every card with a regular Sharpie I would, but that is simply not practical…or good for the counters.  I love writing with Sharpie Fine Point Pens.  The color is bold, they provide consistent writing, and they won’t bleed through paper.  Win!  –Becky

Obviously diaper bags are necessary, but at the same time, juggling a diaper bag over your shoulder, an infant carrier, toddler, and if you’re anything like me, a million other things, a backpack-like “diaper bag” that you can wear on your back is a game changer. This one is just the right size for baby and mama essentials plus I’ve gotten a ton of compliments on how cute it is! (side note: my essentials include a few diapers, wipes, roll up changing pad, sunscreen, a few books, snack, sippy cup, a water bottle, and a clutch with mama’s things ie – wallet and lip gloss. With those things, my bag is full, but not packed) — Amy

Lavender Epsom Salts are great for baths because they are calming and great for your skin. They also sooth and relax muscles. –Hannah

I love this polish because it dries faster than regular polish and I often get at least five days out of it without a single chip! Three coats of color and one coat of the topcoat does the trick for me! –Casie

This is it.  My holy grail.  My favorite indulgence as of late.  I am so in love with the beautiful fragrance of this body lotion.  It is a combo of vanilla and citrus and believe me when I say it is heavenly. The best part is that the scent is created with essential oils…so you can be confident that what you are putting on your skin is good for you.  Find it online or locally at Tala Hair Studio. –Becky

LUSH bath bombs are amazing because they come in a variety of colors and smells. They also can make your bath filled with flowers or bubbles. Relaxing or invigorating…there is a bath bomb for you! –Hannah

With Jamberry nail wraps there is no dry time…because who has time for nail polish? –Mamie

I LOVE Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Earaser. My makeup-artist cousin introduced me to a “makeup primer” and I love what it does for my skin, its like a moisturizing base without an oily feel. If you’re a makeup wearer, I would highly recommend giving this easy to find base layer a try! –Nicole

Why do I love Soleil Tan de Chanel Sheer Illuminating Fluid? Because with one tiny drop my skin is transformed from lackluster Minnesotan to sun kissed radiant Californian! Easy on the budget too…one bottle lasts me a whole year. Plus, what woman doesn’t need a little Chanel in her life? –Allison

I love my Clarisonic Mia Face Brush. One of my biggest complaints about getting older is dull skin. This brush makes my face soft and gives it a glow. –Casie

Low cost, easy to find at a variety of stores. My skin LOVES Neutrogena Pore Refining Exfoliating Cleanser. This helps reduce the visibility of pores! –Nicole

I have to say I am a luxury lover when it comes to skincare. I can’t say enough about Kate Somerville! Totally transformed my eczema prone skin. Her Goat’s Milk Cream renews any sleep-deprived mom’s skin! –Allison

I do love my Posh Cackle Spakle. Reinvigorates the heck outta my face. Using the new beauty trend-charcoal-this product will leave your skin freshly detoxed.–Sarah M.

I have thick hair and it takes forever to wash, dry, style etc and being a Mom of littles I don’t have all that time so I love dry shampoo in place of washing my hair. Klorane Gentle Dry Shampoo doesn’t go on powdery and it soaks up that oil and lifts up my roots! –Kelly

I have very fine, thin hair…but a lot of it.  Regular sized bobby pins always fell out of my hair and I needed to gather such a large section of my hair to actually hold it it.  They always looked funny. I love these mini bobby pins to sweep and pin hair off my face.  They are so cute…my friends lovingly tease me about them! –Becky

This curling product is a true multi-tacker: it gives moisture, curl definition, hold and shine! –Jessica

My fine, thin and curly hair can be very, very dry. Especially in the summer! I like to keep the travel size of N. 4’s Super Comb Prep and Protect in my pool bag or purse.  This leave in conditioner with vegetable proteins is just what my hair needs after a day outside.  It also has elements that help protect your hair from the suns rays! –Becky
