Ferndale Market Fresh Turkeys
Ferndale Market – Fresh, never frozen from Cannon Falls, MN. Ferndale Market turkeys are free range, raised without antibiotics, naturally processed, and chemical/nitrate free. Fresh turkey orders are due by 10 a.m. on Monday, November 23. Note: PFC does have frozen Ferndale Market turkeys available in-store.

Co-op’s Own™ Dinner and Sides
Let PFC do the hard work! From Full dinners to fill-in sides, everything is made from scratch in our kitchen. The traditional dinner includes all your favorite sides – including the Co-op’s Own™ famous Zen Stuffing and Creamy Mashed Potatoes. Hosting a smaller celebration? Order a Ferndale Market herb-roasted turkey breast – prepped in our kitchen and ready to reheat for your dinner. Just need a few sides? No problem. Available by the pound, order any side to complement your feast. All orders are due by 10 a.m. on Monday, November 23.
Co-op’s Own™ Pies
Last but not least, no dinner is complete without a Co-op’s Own™ Pie. Freshly made in the bakery with the best ingredients. Choose from Apple, Apple Cranberry, Blueberry, Cherry, Pumpkin and Pecan. Gluten free pies available by special order.

Wine and food Pairing Secrets - A Virtual Event
Join “wine maven” Sam Vandegrift for a little much needed connection and wine tasting. Sam Vandegrift will host a 90-minute VIRTUAL wine and food pairing. Taste 3 wines of your choosing alongside foods, and you’ll leave with some new skills in preparing a delicious menu for your meals at home. Plus, you’ll get to share your evening with like-minded vino aficionados and cooperators from around the country. Once you register, a list of wines and supplies for the event will come your way.
